Becoming a Clay Factor Wholesaler

Opening order minimum is $500.
50% Deposit of order amount is due with Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Paypal before production commences. Remaining balance including the remaining 50% plus shipping is due upon shipment readiness. We require your balance be fully paid off before releasing the order. Due amount will be charged on the credit card on file.
Accounts past 45 days will be referred to collection if we are unable to charge your credit card, and subsequent orders must be prepaid until the restriction is removed.
Minimum amount for reorders is $300, and at the time of reorder any balance remaining on account must be paid in full.
We are happy to provide custom and exclusive work. If you feel the design specifications adhere to our existing aesthetics, we would love to start a conversation with you. Any custom shapes require minimum of $100 design fee.
Once you have placed an order, you may change or cancel the order within 2 days from the date of order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone (503) 577-1230.
No cancellation is allowed on rush orders as we commence production immediately.
Orders will be completed and shipped 6-10 weeks from the date the order was placed. Actual lead time does vary, if you need delivery at specific date, please contact us to find out our current true lead time. Often we're able to accommodate tighter deadlines.
Actual shipping costs will be added to your final invoice. Rush order is available, please inquire first.
If you have a shipping account for either FedEx or UPS, let us know beforehand.
Otherwise we’ll ship via UPS Ground with insurance and delivery confirmation.
International orders are subject to custom restrictions/shipping requirements and buyer is responsible for all duties and import taxes/fees.
Nature of Handmade
Please note that we do not utilize any molds in our production and every piece is handmade. This means each item will vary slightly from each other. Please set your expectations accordingly.
Damaged / Lost Goods
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact email@example.com within 3 days of receipt of damaged, missing or defective shipments. Please keep all packaging materials so we can collect shipping insurance. Once received, damaged or defective merchandise will be reviewed. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 10 days after receipt.
